A question new clup99 players often ask is – what makes our VIP programme different from other platforms? The answer is simple: we put players' interests above everything else. Not in the form of slogans, but in actions you can feel every day.
Take the weekly cashback as an example. At clup99, VIP cashback is credited directly to your account every Monday — no request needed, no forms to fill, no approval wait. Our system automatically calculates based on your net losses over the week and credits it instantly. This means even when the week doesn't go as planned, you still get a portion of your value back.
For Platinum VIP members and above, the personal VIP manager assigned to you is more than just a regular customer service representative. They are specifically trained to understand your gaming habits, help you navigate the promotions that best suit your play style, and ensure every issue is resolved in the shortest time possible. Many clup99 VIP members have told us that the relationship with their VIP manager is the main reason they continue to stay with clup99 even when offers from other platforms are available.
As for withdrawal limits, Elite VIP members at clup99 are not bound by daily limits — they can withdraw as much as they want at any time, processed within one hour. This is especially important for players who operate at a larger scale and don't want their funds held back by unreasonable limits.
One aspect often overlooked yet deeply valued by clup99 VIP members is the birthday reward. Starting from the Gold tier, clup99 will surprise you with a special credit bonus in your birthday month – no need to ask, no need to claim. It's our most personal way of saying thank you to every loyal member. The birthday reward value grows with your VIP tier, and Elite members receive a truly exceptional gift package.
The clup99 VIP Programme is also fully transparent. You can view your current VIP points, how many more points are needed to advance to the next tier, and a complete history of all rewards you have received – all within your easy-to-use account dashboard. No hidden surprises, no confusing terms. What is stated is exactly what you get.
Every RM 1 of valid wagering = 1 VIP point. Points are recalculated every month.

Real experiences from loyal clup99 players across Malaysia
I've been a Platinum VIP member at clup99 for almost a year. What I love most is the weekly cashback that comes in automatically every Monday — no claiming needed, it's just there in my account. My VIP manager is also incredibly helpful whenever there's a technical issue or I want to ask about the latest promotions.
I used to play on other platforms where withdrawals took days to process. Since moving to clup99 and reaching Gold status, my withdrawals are processed within just 6 hours. The birthday bonus clup99 gave me last year was a pleasant surprise too – I never expected them to remember! Being a VIP member here is absolutely worth it.
As a VIP Diamond, I now have access to exclusive game rooms with much higher betting limits. My VIP manager genuinely understands what I want and always keeps me informed about relevant promotions. clup99 truly values loyal players – not just as a slogan, but something you feel in your everyday experience.
